Late Night with Conan O'Brien Writers

We here at COB.net are genuinely interested in what our favorite late night TV writers are doing, but after much ogling and Googling, we still don’t have much information on many of them. If you’d like to submit new information or correct the info we have on any of the writers, please email me.

  • They succeed at bringing the funny to millions of people throughout the world night after night.
  • They scrounge through thousands of news sources and patiently sit through endless hours of CNN just to make us laugh.
  • They create -- and in many cases bring to life -- the characters and sketches that we know, love, and even start to miss when they’ve been gone for too long.
  • Their work leads to the uncontrollable, cackling laughter in the wee hours that rouses many a family member, friend, neighbor, and cell mate from deep slumber.
  • They create the bits/sketches/characters that are so funny, silly, and/or stupid that you just can’t help but repeatedly quote or explain the them to people in a way that makes most of them think you are insane.
  • They have reeled in a very large, dedicated fan base -- a good number of which willingly suffers from chronic sleep deprivation.
  • They have created an institution that, for many of us, it is hard to imagine our lives without (come 2009).
